Install
  unpack tarball or checkout from Subversion
  edit process_monitor.py script in PyMonitor directory
  create a crontab entry like this:
    * * * * *   /usr/local/bin/python /scripts/python/PyMonitor/monitor_services.py > /dev/null 2>&1
